01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and aff777 ("aff777," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the aff777 online gaming platform available at aff777.app, including all games, sports betting services, promotions, and related features (collectively, the "Platform").

02 Eligibility

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the aff777 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
• You must notify aff777 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• aff777 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain credential security.

aff777 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the aff777 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). aff777 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Deposits are credited to your aff777 account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) and may require submission of supporting documents before processing.
• aff777 reserves the right to apply minimum and maximum transaction limits, which are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• aff777 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations.

Funds deposited into your aff777 account are held for gaming purposes only. aff777 does not pay interest on account balances. Dormant accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the cashier section.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

aff777 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time of the offer.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balances and must be wagered the specified number of times before withdrawal.
• aff777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other fraudulent means — will have bonuses forfeited and accounts suspended.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the aff777 Platform — including live dealer games, slots, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

aff777 uses certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for applicable games, audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure fairness and randomness. Live dealer games are streamed in real time and governed by the rules displayed at each table.

• Bets placed and accepted by the system are final and cannot be reversed except in cases of a verified technical error.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical failure, aff777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance.
• aff777 reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or irregular betting patterns.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aff777 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the Platform:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to defraud aff777 or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing a third party to use your account, or using another player's account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward aff777 staff or other players.

08 Responsible Gaming

aff777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all its services. We believe that gaming should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial or personal harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

09 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from aff777.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use aff777 trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner without express written authorization.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aff777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

aff777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. aff777 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

11 Termination

aff777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding the period specified in the cashier section.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds and pending investigations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of all required verification procedures.

12 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the aff777 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

aff777 operates in alignment with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and the standards established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

13 Amendments

aff777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, aff777 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
